Job summary

ConnectedGroup Limited in Hong Kong seeks an autonomous Analytics Engineer to own data excellence across Quality, Packaging, CSR/ESG, and Costing. You will build robust data pipelines, establish a Single Source of Truth, and deploy Control Tower dashboards to turn raw data into strategic decisions.

You'll partner with stakeholders to translate requirements, automate pipelines, ensure data quality, and deliver actionable insights with measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in analytics or related field.
• 5–7 years of analytics/MI experience in operations, sourcing, quality, or supply chain.
• Strong storytelling and ability to present to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Audit and map current metrics and data sources to define the Single Source of Truth within 90 days.
• Translate operational needs into clear reporting definitions with stakeholders across functions.
• Collaborate to automate and standardize data pipelines for reliable refreshes.
• Implement data quality controls and governance, and train users.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends and provide actionable improvements.
• Design and deploy stakeholder-friendly dashboards enabling real-time decisions.
• Present insights and track follow-ups with business owners.
