Job summary

Delken Group Limited is seeking a Senior Officer - Operation Services for a 4-month contract to support the incubation centre in Hong Kong. The role focuses on administrative duties, customer service, and coordination of move-in/out logistics and licenses.

The candidate will manage incubatee enquiries, conduct briefing sessions, review access cards and memberships, and produce monthly reports while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Strong bilingual capabilities are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or above with relevant experience.
• 2-3 years in customer service and general administration support.
• Good team player and willing to go the extra mile.
• Attention to detail, organized and self-motivated.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese/Putonghua).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to centre services, handle incubatee enquiries, move-in/out logistics, office relocation and license preparation.
• Handle briefing sessions and introduce incubation centre services to new incubatees.
• Review access card applications and memberships, coordinating with incubatees and Account Managers.
• Provide monthly reporting and update records for related policies and documentation.
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor.
