Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong, part of the Shangri-La Group, is seeking an Income Auditor to ensure accurate revenue auditing for hotel and F&B transactions. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to balance guest and house accounts daily.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, plus comfort with English and Chinese. Proficiency in MS Office and hotel accounting systems is advantageous.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines.
• 1 year of general accounting experience in Hotel Industry would be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, knowledge of OPMS, POS and accounting system would be an advantage.
• Detail-minded, organized and responsible team player.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

• Prepare Daily Revenue Report (DRR) and audit Hotel and F&B transactions.
• Reconcile and balance guest and house accounts on a daily basis.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation and filing.
• Support month-end closing for revenue accounts and assist with ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.

About The Role

As an Income Auditor, you will be responsible for daily revenue auditing and reporting to ensure accurate reconciliation of Hotel transactions.
