Job summary

The Hong Kong Jockey Club is seeking a seasoned project professional to support governance, monitoring, and delivery of education and youth-focused initiatives within the Charities and Community Division. You will collaborate with government departments, NGOs, and community partners to drive impactful outcomes.

Responsibilities include managing project plans, reporting progress, and maintaining comprehensive documentation, while fostering cross-sector collaboration for sustainable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, social sciences, or related field.
• 6–8 years' experience in education, social sciences or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Assist in governance and execution of projects under Education, Children & Youth in Families, Fairer Opportunities theme.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure delivery of project targets.
• Prepare progress and financial reports and maintain project documentation.
• Support design and implementation of stakeholder engagement strategies with partners and government bodies.
• Contribute to content for project social media and publicity initiatives.
• Support knowledge sharing and development of junior team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Charities.
