Job summary

The Hong Kong Jockey Club is seeking a Senior Manager for Charities (Data Science / Impact Lab) to drive impact measurement and reporting for the Charities and Community division. You will develop strategic plans, conduct research, analyze data, and prepare communications on the social impact of HKJC's philanthropic efforts.

Reporting to the Deputy Executive Manager, you will collaborate with Government, NGOs and internal teams, design scalable data pipelines, and ensure data governance and

Qualifications

• Master degree or equivalent with strong statistics/data/decision science/engineering background.
• Minimum eight years of relevant experience in not-for-profit sector, including project evaluation, strategy and data analysis.
• Confidential handling of high-sensitivity information; strong analytic and presentation skills.
• Professional qualifications in research and/or statistics; multi-task project management experience.
• Genuine interest in charitable work and community well-being.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and implement impact measurement and reporting initiatives for C&C.
• Integrate impact measurement into monitoring, evaluation, learning, and strategic planning processes.
• Collect and analyze data to track KPIs related to impact goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop data vision and strategy for C&C.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for collection, transformation, and storage.
• Maintain data governance to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Communicate impact results to Management, partners, and communities.
• Stay informed about best practices in impact measurement and reporting.
