Job summary

Leadingnation seeks a Service Development Manager to lead strategic fundraising, communications, and service development initiatives in North District, reporting to the CEO. The role focuses on planning, donor engagement, partnerships, and brand building to advance NGO programs.

You will drive multi-channel campaigns, manage CRM and social media, and coordinate flagship events with cross-functional teams and external partners to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Social Work, or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of practical experience in service development, fundraising, grant writing, partnership management, or program management.
• Experience in funding applications, reporting and compliance.
• Experience collaborating with corporate partners and NGOs.
• Knowledge or interest in AI applications for NGO service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development and execution of fundraising and communications strategies.
• Develop plans for private sector partnerships and donor outreach.
• Attract individual and regular donors; set up donor engagement programs.
• Build brand awareness through integrated marketing and communications.
• Lead flagship fundraising events and manage end-to-end execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to implement service initiatives.
