Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced training professional to deliver IIQE Paper 1 and Paper 3 content in Hong Kong. You will structure interactive classrooms and online modules, update materials to match VTC and IA rules, and coach candidates toward licensing success.

The role involves onboarding new agency recruits and maintaining training metrics with monthly performance reports for management review.

Qualifications

• IIQE Papers 1 and 3 are required.
• 1-3 years of experience in agency training, tutoring, classroom instruction, or insurance operations.
• Strong tutoring/teaching background in financial services is welcome.

Responsibilities

• IIQE Training Delivery: Structure, refine, and conduct interactive training modules for IIQE Paper 1 and Paper 3.
• Curriculum & Material Design: Update study guides and mock exams aligned to VTC and IA regulations.
• Agent Coaching & Progress Tracking: Monitor progress and provide 1-on-1 coaching to improve pass rates.
• New Joiner Onboarding Support: Assist onboarding bridging theory to practical compliance awareness.
• Training Operations & Analytics: Maintain attendance records and report IIQE pass rates.
