Job summary

AXA Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated Training Specialist to deliver IIQE and foundation programs, assist in creating and revamping training materials, and support CPD accreditation initiatives. The role involves developing digital learning content, organizing sessions, and monitoring training effectiveness.

The ideal candidate has a university degree, 2+ years in insurance training, strong presentation and communication skills, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• University degree in any discipline is required.
• FLMI, CII or insurance qualification preferred.
• At least 2 years in sales or agency training in life or general insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good presentation and course facilitation skills.
• Able to work under pressure and be self-motivated.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Strong PC skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IIQE and foundation training programs.
• Assist team head to develop and deliver training programs.
• Assist design and revamp of training materials to meet AXA culture and business goals.
• Design and develop digital training materials (E-learning, videos).
• Participate in projects to drive business results.
• Prepare trainer guides with clear learning points, methodology and materials linkage.
• Provide support on training administration and logistics including rooms, equipment, and materials.
• Design, develop and deliver in-house CPD accreditation programs and maintain external CPD programs.
• Assist senior for product launch training development.
• Update training materials.
• Organize training events to strengthen sales knowledge and skills.
• Monitor and track training effectiveness.
