Job summary

Equinix in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Hyperscale Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of large-scale xScale deployments for cloud and AI customers across multiple sites and regions. You will act as single point of accountability, engage executives, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget program outcomes.

This role requires strong leadership and deep data centre delivery knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, complex customer-facing programmes in data centre or critical infra environments.
• Ability to influence at executive level and deliver end-to-end results.
• Strong understanding of data centre delivery including power, cooling and commissioning.
• Commercial awareness with milestone-based billing and contract interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional deployments across multiple sites and regions.
• Own integrated programme schedule, milestones and baselined delivery plans.
• Translate contract commitments into actionable delivery baselines and plans.
• Manage risks, changes and escalations with clear impact to customers and internal teams.
• Deliver concise executive reporting including dashboards and risk registers.
