Job summary

Hong Kong Exchanges & Clearing Ltd is seeking a Senior Network Manager to lead design, delivery, and transformation of enterprise, data centre, cloud, and market infrastructure networks. You will drive highly available, secure, and scalable services while advancing automation and AI adoption to support HKEX’s strategic goals.

The role requires deep expertise in large-scale network environments, strong leadership, and extensive experience in regulated financial services settings.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in network infrastructure engineering and operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience designing, implementing and supporting large-scale enterprise networks including data center and WAN.

Responsibilities

• Lead network engineering across data centre, campus, WAN, Internet, cloud, and security infrastructure.
• Define and govern network architecture, technology standards, and strategic roadmap.
• Deliver network transformation, infrastructure refresh, and major technology initiatives.
• Ensure network availability, performance, resilience, capacity, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive Network AI and Automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, service reliability, and risk management.
• Leverage AI and analytics to support predictive operations, capacity planning, anomaly detection, and root cause analysis.
• Manage vendor relationships, service providers, contracts, and budget planning.
