Job summary

Vantage Data Centers in Hong Kong is seeking a driven Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data center construction from concept through commissioning, coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time delivery and operational readiness.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, safety, and compliance while communicating with hyperscaler customers and executive stakeholders across APAC.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in senior PM/CM role delivering large-scale, complex data-center projects.
• Experience with hyperscale or mission-critical facilities is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills required.
• CSA/MEP construction management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the TPE11 data center project from conception to commissioning.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners across APAC for delivery excellence.
• Provide executive reporting, risk and budget management, and customer coordination.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all project phases.
