Rise Associates Asia Limited seeks a senior leader to own the HPC DC's operational and commercial excellence across HK and Shenzhen campuses. You will standardize SOPs, drive DCIM automation, and oversee PUE, energy efficiency, and cross-border facility delivery.

The role requires deep international experience in hyperscale data centers, hands-on AI/HPC environments, and a strong grasp of P&L, OPEX, and multi-year planning. Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin are essential.

Qualificações

• Background: 15+ years' experience leading Data Centre infrastructure at hyperscale or enterprise IDCs.
• Qualifications: Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering; advanced credentials encouraged.
• Technical Mastery: deep familiarity with high-density liquid cooling and modern fire suppression systems.
• Language: exceptional command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee HPC DC operations SOPs, ESG targets, and PUE optimization.
• Lead 24/7 facility operations across HK and Shenzhen campuses.
• Manage department P&L, budgets, ROI, and capacity forecasting.
• Guide data center builds from design to commissioning with operational perspective.
