Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a seasoned presales and solution design professional to craft digital sales strategies for major accounts. You will validate technology through PoCs and coordinate delivery with engineering, product teams, and external vendors.

The role requires 6-8+ years in presales or solution design, with strong cybersecurity expertise and connectivity/SD-WAN experience. English and Mandarin are essential; international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Strong ability to analyze technical requirements and design comprehensive solutions.
• Experience in presales/solution design with cybersecurity knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and BD teams to design and implement digital sales strategies for key accounts.
• Execute proof-of-concept projects to validate technology and demonstrate business value.
• Coordinate solution delivery across engineering, product teams, and vendors when required.
• Provide market and customer insights to support product portfolio development.
• Prepare technical proposals, including solution architecture and customer presentations.
• Develop high-level solution designs aligned with client needs and business objectives.
• Create tailored technical and commercial proposals covering cybersecurity, IT & Cloud, IoT, and managed services.
• Customize offerings to include system integration and resale services when necessary.
• Engage with third-party partners to fulfill requirements not covered by existing solutions.
• Offer flexible support for urgent client needs outside standard working hours.
