Job summary

Interactive Brokers Hong Kong Limited is seeking a diligent Application Support professional to be the first point of contact for new clients, guiding them through account opening and maintaining relationships.

The role requires strong communication in English and Cantonese, with familiarity in brokerage operations and regulatory compliance. You will work with multiple departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for retail and institutional clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years in Client Service or Financial Service preferred; fresh grads with relevant background considered.
• Excellent English and Cantonese; Mandarin beneficial.
• Experience in brokerage or corporate banking with client issue handling preferred.
• Good research, investigative and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from retail and institutional clients via meetings, phone, email, and messaging.
• Research and resolve questions on the account opening process.
• Prioritize AML and KYC considerations while handling client queries.
• Learn the IBHK Brokerage platform and policies to meet client needs while ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Developers, and Project Managers on procedures.
