Job summary

Interactive Brokers Hong Kong Limited, part of Interactive Brokers Group, seeks an Application Services Associate for its New Accounts Department. The role focuses on onboarding, client service, and regulatory compliance, handling inquiries from retail and institutional clients and ensuring a high-quality client experience.

The candidate will engage with Legal, Compliance, and Project teams to align with procedures while delivering accurate guidance on the account opening process.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
2–3 years in Client Service or Financial Service preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication in English and Cantonese; Mandarin advantageous.

Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries from retail and institutional clients via in-person, telephone, email, and online messaging.
Research and resolve questions on the account opening process.
Maintain AML/KYC standards while handling client queries.
Learn the IBHK Brokerage platform and policies to offer compliant solutions.
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Project teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
