Interactive Brokers Hong Kong Limited (IBHK) is expanding its Application Service Group within the New Accounts Department in Hong Kong. This role focuses on delivering high-quality client service for retail and institutional clients during onboarding and account opening, emphasizing AML/KYC and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will handle inquiries, resolve complex issues, and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and IT teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent with strong academic background.
• 2–3 years in Client Service and/or Financial Services preferred; new grads with relevant background considered.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Cantonese; Mandarin advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Correspond with retail and institutional clients via meetings, phone, email and online messaging.
• Research and resolve questions on the account opening process.
• Maintain AML and KYC knowledge while handling client inquiries.
• Learn the IBHK Brokerage platform and policies to provide compliant solutions.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Project Managers to ensure procedures meet regulatory requirements.
