Interactive Brokers in Hong Kong seeks a Client Risk Analyst to liaise with APAC professional clients, including broker-dealers and hedge funds, delivering high-touch risk service while expanding our global product offering.

You will monitor real-time margin systems, manage cross-asset order execution, adjust margin requirements, and support QA in resolving complaints, ensuring robust risk controls across desks.

Qualifications

• University degree.
• Minimum 2 years' experience.
• HKSI Paper 1 (Type 1, 2, and 3), FINRA Series 7 license or ability to obtain.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Bloomberg, UNIX; programming experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Monitor real-time systems for margin deficits and trading issues.
• Execute orders across equities, options, futures, bonds, FX, CFDs.
• Adjust margin requirements per regulations and risk.
• Support clients via phone, chat, and tickets on trade/margin issues.
• Assist QA with complaint resolution.
• Analyze systems to recommend enhancements and preventive measures.
