Job summary

Priority Pass (A.P.) Limited is seeking a 1-year contract Business Analyst (Process Improvement Focus) to join our Quarry Bay team. The role concentrates on governance of SOPs, process standardisation, and delivering data-driven improvements across Client Operations.

You will design process maps, dashboards, and workflow solutions while coordinating with Operations, Product, and Finance across regions. English, Cantonese, and Mandarin language skills are advantageous in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Operational Excellence, or a similar role.
• Experience in analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Hands on experience in using Jira in creating workflows and workflow management tools.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own, maintain, review, and continuously enhance SOPs across Client Operations.
• Create process maps, work instructions, and process documentation for operational activities.
• Establish documentation governance, version control, and process ownership standards.
• Drive process standardisation and adoption of best practices across teams.
• Lead operational improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and customer outcomes.
• Gather, analyse, document, and prioritise business requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop requirements documentation, process maps, and implementation plans.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, actions, and stakeholder communications.
• Own and create operational reporting frameworks and dashboards.
• Own Jira dashboards, workflows, and reporting structures.
• Build relationships across Operations, Product, Change, Finance, and regional teams.
