Job summary

TEKsystems in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support clienteling and digital projects within the Fragrance & Beauty team. The role combines business analysis, project coordination and stakeholder management to keep initiatives moving forward and aligned with business goals.

The successful candidate will act as a central coordination point across business, digital and IT stakeholders, facilitating discussions, documenting requirements and ensuring clear communication

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating complex digital projects.
• Strong ability to work across business and IT teams.
• Experience with clienteling, customer journey, customer experience or customer-facing digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple clienteling and digital initiatives.
• Gather, clarify and structure business needs.
• Coordinate between business, digital and IT teams.
• Bring the right stakeholders together to resolve issues and progress projects.
• Manage and follow up on actions, dependencies, timelines and key project topics.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Present project topics clearly to business stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication between business and technical teams.
• Track project progress and proactively identify blockers.
• Support project planning and overall coordination.
• Maintain alignment between multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
