The role combines business analysis, project coordination and stakeholder management to keep initiatives moving forward and aligned with business goals.

The successful candidate will act as a central coordination point across business, digital and IT stakeholders, facilitating discussions, documenting requirements and ensuring clear communication

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support multiple clienteling-related initiatives within the Fragrance & Beauty team.

This is a hybrid role combining Business Analysis, project coordination and strong stakeholder management.

The successful candidate will act as a central coordination point across business, digital and technical stakeholders, ensuring that requirements are understood, stakeholders remain aligned and projects continue moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

Support multiple clienteling and digital initiatives

Gather, clarify and structure business needs

Coordinate between business, digital and IT teams

Bring the right stakeholders together to resolve issues and progress projects

Manage and follow up on actions, dependencies, timelines and key project topics

Facilitate meetings, workshops and stakeholder discussions
