Job summary

Delken Group Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a capable Business Analyst to gather and translate business requirements, document project deliverables, and liaise with user teams to consolidate needs. You will support multiple projects, assist with user acceptance testing and training before go-live, and leverage BI tools.

Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Sales Hub and Power BI is a plus to model data and present insights.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of working experience preferably in IT, project management or related fields.
Ability to interact professionally with diverse group of business users to elevate the total user experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Sales Hub, Marketing Hub and ability to conduct modelling in MS Power BI will be an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good command of written, spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

Responsible for business requirements gathering, analysis and project documentation
Work closely with user teams to consolidate requirements and deliverables
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while building strong relationships with user teams
Assist to develop and review requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations for the proposed solution from various parties
Analyze operational matrix, Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques like BI tools and dashboard
Assist to conduct user acceptance test and user training before system go-live
Perform any other duties as assigned by management
