Harrow International Management Services Limited is seeking an HR Executive to provide coordination and administrative support across employee engagement, onboarding, talent management and talent acquisition activities.
The role will work closely with the HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition team to ensure HR initiatives are delivered effectively and provide a positive employee and candidate experience.

The HR Executive will provide coordination and administrative support across employee engagement, onboarding, talent management and talent acquisition activities. The role will work closely with the HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition team to ensure HR initiatives are delivered effectively and provide a positive employee and candidate experience.
Support the HR Business Partner in employee engagement and people-related initiatives.
Coordinate onboarding arrangements and ensure a positive new-joiner experience.
Support talent management activities, including performance and development programmes.
Maintain HR trackers, records, reports and presentation materials.
Coordinate meetings, workshops, events and follow-up actions.
Support the Talent Acquisition team in employer branding and EVP initiatives.
Assist with recruitment events, employee stories and candidate engagement activities.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure HR activities are delivered on time.
Provide general administrative and project support to the HR team.
Undertake other HR duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one years of relevant experience are welcome.
Strong written and spoken English.
Clear, articulate and professional communication skills.
Strong organisation, coordination and attention to detail.
Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative working style.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
