Job summary

Top Match Talent Solutions Limited is seeking an organized HR Assistant to provide all-rounded support in logistics and operations of the Human Resources Department, including talent management, employee benefits, on-boarding and exit processes. You will assist in maintaining accurate records and supporting reporting tasks.

The role requires strong communication in English and Chinese, proficiency with MS Word and Excel, and knowledge of Labour Ordinance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in business-related disciplines is required.
• Excellent communication in English and Chinese with Putonghua.
• Detail-minded and proactive with good PC skills.
