Job summary

One Recruitment Limited's client, a prestigious law firm in Central, is hiring an HR Assistant to support the HR team in daily operations.

You will handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll liaison, leave records, and HR compliance with Labour laws, collaborating with managers across the Hong Kong office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree holder with at least 1 year HR experience.
• Experience in professional firms (legal/accounting) HR exposure is a definite advantage.
• Well versed with labour laws and able to communicate with all levels.

• Provide recruitment, HR operations, employee benefits, C&B and performance & appraisal support for Hong Kong office
• Manage career job posting and review CVs, screen CVs, make initial screen calls with the applicants
• Coordinate interview schedules and logistics arrangement with line managers
• Prepare offer letters, onboarding material and procedures and new joiner orientation
• Update staff personal records and leave records, as well as exit interviews
• Work closely with Finance Team on monthly payroll
• Assist in performance review
• Assist in logistics in HR initiatives and operational audits, ensure HR files and documentation are compliance with Labour laws and company policies
