Biocline is seeking a proactive and people-oriented People & Culture Officer to support the full spectrum of HR functions for our growing business. Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, this role will work closely with the department heads and employees to deliver professional HR services and foster a positive workplace culture.
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and support timely recruitment.
Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding programmes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
Administer compensation and benefits programmes, including medical insurance and MPF administration.
Support payroll preparation by maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring timely processing of personnel changes.
Manage leave administration, attendance records, employee benefits enrolment, and HR-related documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS (Info Tech) data.
Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, salary adjustment letters, and other HR documentation.
Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, promotion, transfer, and offboarding.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee enquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
Support employee engagement initiatives and company activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
Assist in handling employee relations matters and promote effective communication between employees and management.
Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Employees' Compensation Ordinance, MPF requirements, and other statutory regulations.
Support HR reporting, audits, and documentation requirements as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of HR generalist experience, preferably covering recruitment and compensation & benefits. More experience will be consider as Human Resources Officer.
Good knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Employees' Compensation Ordinance, MPF administration, and HR best practices.
Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and payroll administration is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
Well-organized, detail-minded, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Proactive, responsible, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
The remuneration package will be commensurate with the qualifications and experience of successful candidates.
