Job summary

AISL Harrow Schools is seeking an HR Executive to provide coordination and administrative support across employee engagement, onboarding, talent management and talent acquisition activities. You will work with the HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition teams to deliver HR initiatives and create a positive employee and candidate experience.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or have up to one year of relevant experience, with strong English communication and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partner in employee engagement and people-related initiatives.
• Coordinate onboarding arrangements and ensure a positive new-joiner experience.
• Support talent management activities, including performance and development programmes.
• Maintain HR trackers, records, reports and presentation materials.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, events and follow-up actions.
• Support Talent Acquisition in employer branding and EVP initiatives.
• Assist with recruitment events, employee stories and candidate engagement activities.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure HR activities are delivered on time.
• Provide general administrative and project support to the HR team.
• Undertake other HR duties as assigned.
