Hong Kong Genome Institute is seeking a Manager (Human Resources System Management and Talent Development) to lead a full‑lifecycle HRMS implementation at the Hong Kong Science Park, Shatin. You will oversee requirements, configuration, data migration and training, then administer the HRMS post‑go‑live and develop reports for workforce planning.

You will ensure policy compliance, support recruitment and talent development, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive excellence in HR

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of all-round HR experience, preferably in sizable organisations.
• Proven experience in HRMS implementation and system management.
• Good understanding of Employment Ordinance and HR-related rules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proactive approach.
• Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• High integrity to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end HRMS implementation: requirements, config, data migration and training.
• Administer HRMS post-implementation: maintenance, updates and troubleshooting.
• Develop HR reports and dashboards for workforce planning and analytics.
• Enforce HR policies and participate in HR projects and planning.

• Assist compliance checks, audits and statutory reporting.
