Job summary

ETERNITY CONSULTANTS (HK) Ltd is seeking an HR & Admin Officer to deliver comprehensive HR services including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, C&B, taxation, MPF, and onboarding/offboarding. The role also supports policy review and compliance with HK laws.

The successful candidate will coordinate visa applications for overseas staff, arrange company activities, and handle daily office/store administration, contracts renewal, and insurance matters. Immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Administration, HR, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF Schemes Ordinance & related HR ordinances.

Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, Compensation & Benefits, taxation, MPF, on/off-boarding and performance appraisal.
• Assist in applying working visa for overseas staff
• Assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with local statutory requirements
• Plan and arrange company activities and events for enhancing employee relations and engagement
• Support daily office and store administration including procurement and maintenance of office and store equipment, renewal of service contracts and insurance, filing and other administrative duties
• Perform ad-hoc assignments
