Job summary

Kingfisher Asia Ltd. in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong, seeks an HR Operations lead to manage the full employee life cycle and ensure accuracy, confidentiality and timely delivery of all HR processes.

The role covers onboarding, probation follow-up, changes, transfers, exits and offboarding, plus payroll inputs, visas and compliance. You will craft reports, support HRBPs with data requests and supervise a junior HR ops team.

Qualifications

• Experience handling full employee life cycle processes.
• Strong data confidentiality and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations for the full employee life cycle.
• Oversee onboarding, probation follow-up, changes, transfers, exits and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, confidential HR documents and personnel files.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, final payments, taxation matters and HR admin with stakeholders.
• Manage immigration and work visa processes, including renewals and tracking.
• Prepare HR reports and workforce data analyses to support HRBPs.
• Support HRBPs with data requests and organization updates.
• Handle recruitment for junior-level roles: postings, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding handover.
• Supervise HR operations team member and ensure timely deliverables.
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements for efficiency and experience.
