Job summary

Harbour Grand (H.K.) Resources Limited is seeking an HR Assistant to support critical human resources functions in a hotel environment. The role covers recruitment, payroll preparation, compensation & benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance.

You will manage staff information, generate HR-related statistics and reports, and assist with staff relations activities. The ideal candidate holds a HR or Hospitality degree/diploma, has 2–3 years of hotel HR experience, and is proficient in English

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in HR or Hospitality
• 2–3 years hotel HR experience
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance
• Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent and able to work under pressure
• Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
• Hands-on experience with HRIS, MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint, Chinese word processing

Responsibilities

• Provide support in HR functions including Recruitment, Payroll, C&B, and HRIS
• Manage and maintain staff information and records in the HR system
• Compile HR statistics and reports
• Assist in staff relations activities
• Ad-hoc tasks as required
