Job summary

The Charterhouse Causeway Bay is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the room attendants and public area staff, ensuring efficient, high-quality service.

You will monitor daily operations, enforce standards, and cooperate with other departments to maintain spotless guest spaces in line with hotel requirements. English and Chinese language skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in hotel industry.
• Knowledge on housekeeping operations, procedures and standard.
• Good command of English and Chinese.
