The role requires at least 2 years in hotel housekeeping and a certificate in housekeeping operations or hospitality management. Strong English and Chinese, good phone manners, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred. We value attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years in hotel housekeeping or related role.
• Certificate in housekeeping operations, hospitality management, or related field.
• Strong communication in English and Chinese; Putonghua advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate all calls in Housekeeping and ensure tasks meet high standards.
• Communicate within Housekeeping and with other departments, handle guest requests and complaints, monitor room status and maintenance needs.
• Perform clerical tasks and maintain accurate records and documentation.
