Job summary

Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and inspect the cleanliness of guest rooms, meeting spaces, corridors, and public areas. You will act as a liaison between guests and cleaners, ensuring impeccable service and timely room turnover.

The ideal candidate holds a certificate in housekeeping operations or hospitality management, has 4 years in hotel housekeeping with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, and demonstrates excellent English and Chinese

Qualifications

• Certificate in housekeeping operations, hospitality management, or related field.
• 4+ years in hotel housekeeping with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Team player with ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication, training and coaching skills.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) in speaking and writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure front and back of house on guest floors are presented, with timely guest room turnover.
• Support room attendants and public area attendants and interact with guests to ensure service quality.
• Handle guest and internal complaints courteously and efficiently.
• Own operations in designated section, including service requests, room discrepancies and tidiness.
