Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Hong Kong is seeking a Non-Management Sales & Marketing professional to handle guest calls, process reservations, and upsell to boost revenue while preserving guest loyalty.

You will coordinate with Sales, Data Administration, and Accounting as needed, training and motivating staff, and ensuring high-quality service in a dynamic hotel environment across multiple channels.

Qualificações

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve guest calls, requests or problems; use sales techniques to maximize revenue.
• Process all reservation requests, changes and cancellations by phone, fax or mail.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information into the appropriate software when taking guest reservations.
• Assist management in training and motivating employees; act as a role model.
• Develop positive working relationships; support team to reach common goals.
