Job summary

The Luxe Manor is seeking an Assistant Event Sales Manager to drive revenue across the hotel and PBSA portfolios. The role involves hunting, acquiring, and converting new business opportunities while managing pipelines, KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration.

A strong background in hotel sales or leasing and 3–5 years in market research or residential sales & marketing is preferred. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' market research and/or residential sales & marketing experience.
• 2–3 years related experience in hotel industry.
• Minimum 1 year hotel sales or leasing experience.
• Excellent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies.
