Job summary

Headland Hotel, located on Lantau Island near the airport and managed by Swire Hotels, invites ambitious graduates and early-career professionals to join the Operational Management Trainees program. Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work with guests, and colleagues at different levels
• A genuine passion for hospitality and catering memorable guest experience
• An adaptable, proactive and hands-on approach, with eagerness to learn across, different departments and work settings
• Willingness to work accordingly to hotel operational requirements, including shifts, weekends and public holidays when assigned

Responsibilities

• Complete structured rotations across Front Office, Food & Beverages, Housekeeping and selected administrative functions
• Gain hands-on experience in daily hotel operations, guest service and cross-departmental coordination
• Support operational planning, service improvement initiatives and departmental projects
• Participate in leadership workshops, practical assignments and regular development reviews
• Learn and follow hotel policies, brand standards, safety requirements and relevant operational procedures
• Work closely with assigned mentors and department leaders, actively seeking and applying feedback throughout the programme
