Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong offers a Management Trainee Program across premier sports, entertainment, and exhibition venues. The program provides hands-on operational exposure, cross-department rotations, and direct mentorship from Senior Management to accelerate leadership growth.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and are fresh graduates or with under 2 years of full-time experience. Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates and young professionals with less than 2 years of full-time work experience are welcome.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Rotational Development: undergo structured rotations across key operational departments.
• Event Planning & Execution: support end-to-end event operations and briefing notes.
• Operational Strategy & Insights: analyze on-site operations to provide actionable insights.
• Research & Analytics: conduct market research and prepare operational reports.
• Issue Resolution: investigate feedback and incidents and draft root-cause reports.
• General & Project Support: assist with admin tasks and ad-hoc projects.
