Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and are fresh graduates or with under 2 years of full-time experience. Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) is required.

Responsibilities

• Rotational Development: undergo structured rotations across key operational departments.
• Event Planning & Execution: support end-to-end event operations and briefing notes.
• Operational Strategy & Insights: analyze on-site operations to provide actionable insights.
• Research & Analytics: conduct market research and prepare operational reports.
• Issue Resolution: investigate feedback and incidents and draft root-cause reports.
• General & Project Support: assist with admin tasks and ad-hoc projects.

Position Overview

This structured program is designed to fast-track your development, offering hands-on operational exposure, strategic project involvement, and direct mentorship from Senior Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Rotational Development: Undergo structured job rotations across key operational departments to gain comprehensive, cross-functional understanding of our business ecosystem.
• Event Planning & Execution: Support end-to-end event operations, including drafting deployment plans and briefing notes, to ensure seamless execution, high service quality, and maximum customer satisfaction.
• Operational Strategy & Insights: Analyze on-site operations to provide actionable, strategic insights to management for continuous service delivery improvement.
• Research & Analytics: Conduct market research, perform data analysis, and prepare operational reports to support key strategic initiatives.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate customer feedback and operational incidents; formulate detailed root-cause reports and actionable improvement plans.
• General & Project Support: Assist with departmental administrative functions and lead or support ad-hoc operational projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Fresh graduates and young professionals with less than 2 years of full-time work experience are welcome.
• Interpersonal Skills: Outgoing, proactive, and articulate with a high level of self-motivation and an eagerness to learn.
• Licensing Requirement: Candidates are not required to hold a Security Personnel Permit (SPP) prior to joining but must obtain one before completing probation. All application expenses will be fully reimbursed by the company.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
