Cordis Hong Kong, part of Langham Hospitality Group, is seeking a proactive Engineering team member to support daily maintenance across interior and exterior areas of our premium hotel. You will perform multi-trade maintenance, from painting and carpentry to plumbing, ensuring guest areas meet our high standards.
The role requires a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate and at least two years' property maintenance experience in hotels or similar properties, with a flexible
Competenze
- Valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate required.
- Minimum 2 years of property maintenance experience in hotels or commercial properties.
- Skilled in painting, carpentry and hardware installation; able to work independently on multi-trade tasks.
- Familiar with common renovation materials and furniture structures; strong troubleshooting skills.
- Able to work a rotation shift roster (9 hours per day) with a positive attitude.
Mansioni
- Handle daily maintenance and repair across interior and exterior areas, including finishes, flooring and fixtures.
- Repair and maintenance of furniture, shelves and hotel equipment.
- Perform painting, wallpapering, refurbishment to uphold premium aesthetics.
- Take on basic plumbing tasks and silicone sealant replacement.
- Conduct routine walkthroughs and preventive maintenance for guestrooms and public areas.
