Job summary

Langham Hospitality Group, Eaton HK, is seeking a dedicated maintenance technician to service electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems across the hotel and related facilities in Hong Kong.

You will perform inspections, respond to guest-room requests, and ensure safety compliance in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Fluency in Cantonese with basic English and Mandarin is preferred; a Green Card and ELEC license are desirable.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year of E&M maintenance experience in hotel or commercial property.
• Holder of Mandatory Basic Safety Training Certificate (Green Card).
• Holder of a valid Registered Electrical Worker License (Grade A or above) preferred.
• Shift work required, including weekends and public holidays.
• Good command of Cantonese; basic English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair hotel electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on E&M systems, including switchboards, lighting, pumps, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
• Promptly respond to maintenance requests from guest rooms and public areas to repair faulty electrical appliances and mechanical equipment.
• Ensure all works comply with hotel safety standards and local government building regulations.
• Assist in handling emergency system failures.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superior or Hotel Management.
