Job summary

Man Hing Hong Properties Company Limited is seeking a dedicated candidate to assist in the daily operation and maintenance of building systems. The role covers maintenance tasks in office spaces and serviced apartments, with rotating 9-hour shifts across 5–6 days per week.

Preferred candidates hold a secondary school diploma and any apprenticeship training or professional certificates. A painting license is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduate or equivalent.
• Apprenticeship training or relevant professional certificates/licenses preferred.
• Painting license preferred.
• Willing to work 5–6 days per week with 9-hour shifts and rotating schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operation and maintenance of building and its systems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks in offices and serviced apartments.
• Complete other projects or tasks as assigned by supervisor.
