Cordis Hong Kong, part of Langham Hospitality Group, seeks an experienced Senior Technician or Foreman to lead HVAC maintenance and facilities operations across the hotel. You will supervise a team, perform routine inspections and ensure minimal downtime while upholding guest comfort.

The role requires a valid EMSD REW license (Grade A+), a diploma in Building Services or related engineering, and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in luxury property settings.

Qualifications

• Holder of EMSD-licensed REW certificate (A grade or above).
• Diploma or certificate in Building Service, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in engineering or facilities maintenance.
• Experience in hotels, luxury residences or commercial properties preferred.
• Able to lead a team, work independently and handle complex issues.
• Willing to rotate shifts, nine hours per day, with strong service attitude.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operation and maintenance of hotel HVAC systems with regular inspections.
• Manage central plant and equipment to minimize downtime and provide prompt technical support.
• Lead technician team to perform inspections, repairs and routine maintenance.
