Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems by coordinating with Sales, Data Administration, and Accounting as necessary.
• Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty and up-selling opportunities.
• Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations; enter Rewards information where applicable.
• Perform general office tasks to support Sales & Marketing and assist management in training staff.
