Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily supervision and delivery of business support services including patient portering, security, car park and road control, mortuary operation, and hospital rehabilitation bus operation.
• Liaise with users and service contractors; assist in service monitoring, inspection, staff supervision, and documentation.
• Assist data collection and analysis; handle staff issues including duty rosters and training.
