Qualifications

• Two years hospital administration experience at supervisory/managerial trainee level or equivalent
• Solid experience in core hospital administrative functions including procurement & materials management, donation management, and health information & records management
• Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Willing to perform on-call duties as necessary
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in day-to-day administrative functions of the Administration Services Division, Tung Wah Hospital in areas such as Facilities Management, Procurement, Records Management and Secretariat
• Support operations across multiple service areas and be prepared to work shifts and irregular hours
• Contract post up to 31 March 2029 with possible renewal based on funding and performance
• Selected candidate will be posted to Tung Wah Hospital
