Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of the health information and medical records services.
• Establish, update, enforce and improve the standard of health information and records services.
• Ensure security, safety and confidentiality within the health information and records services.
• Implement quality assurance programmes for long term improvements (e.g., Patient Master Index, statistics).
• Liaise with other departments and hospitals on health information and records management.
• Promote privacy protection and information security awareness.
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
