JPC TEXSON LTD is a premier food distribution company in Hong Kong with over 50 years of presence, supplying hospitality and retail sectors. You will drive HORECA sales for fruit & vegetables across Hong Kong and Macau, building relationships with hotels, restaurants, and caterers.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will work within an 8-member team driving HORECA sales growth across Hong Kong and Macau, managing key accounts, tender submissions, and cross-functional coordination to deliver

Qualifikationen

• Deep knowledge of fruit & vegetable import and distribution dynamics, including seasonality and supply chain considerations.
• Proven sales experience in fruit & vegetables for HORECA clients.
• Familiarity with tender platforms and bidding processes.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Aufgaben

• Drive top-line sales revenue and margins for HORECA accounts and portfolio.
• Co-develop and execute strategies to expand F&V business across HK and Macau HORECA markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with purchasing managers, chefs, and end-users.
• Manage HORECA tender platform operations, including submissions and contract renewals.
• Coordinate procurement, sales, warehouse, and logistics to meet standards and client requirements.
• Monitor market trends, seasonality, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within HORECA.
• Deliver regular sales reports to senior management.
