Job summary

JPC TEXSON LTD is seeking a commercially driven Sales Leader APAC to accelerate revenue growth across China and Southeast Asia. You will lead multi-country teams, drive new business, and forge strong partnerships with global brands and manufacturers.

Based in Hong Kong, you will own regional performance, forecast accuracy, and go-to-market strategies while maintaining disciplined sales execution and KPI delivery.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of sales or commercial leadership experience, preferably within APAC.
• Strong market expertise in China and Southeast Asia.
• Proven experience managing cross-country, multi-location sales teams.
• Industry background in apparel components or related supply chain solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver APAC sales performance across China and Southeast Asia, with accountability for revenue growth and margin quality.
• Drive new business acquisition while expanding strategic accounts for growth and profitability.
• Lead, coach, and develop regional sales teams across multiple locations, strengthening performance and accountability.
• Improve sales effectiveness by enhancing pipeline visibility, forecasting, and disciplined sales rhythm.
