Job summary

JPC Texson Limited is seeking a senior commercial leader in Hong Kong to take full ownership of the sales and marketing function. You will lead 10 professionals, transform structure and processes, and drive brand expansion across major retail channels.

You will build a scalable, performance-driven organisation, strengthen relationships with brand owners and customers, and lead strategic go-to-market initiatives in a growth-stage FMCG distribution business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a business/distribution field.
• 12–15 years of experience in FMCG, food and beverage, consumer products or related distribution.
• 5–8 years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, BD or KAM roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and transform a sales and marketing team of 10 members.
• Develop and execute the sales and marketing strategy to grow the distribution business in Hong Kong.
• Identify and secure new brand principals, suppliers and distribution opportunities.
• Expand the customer base across supermarkets, department stores, e-commerce and wholesale channels.
• Negotiate distribution agreements and commercial terms.
• Establish sales targets, KPIs and reporting systems.
