DSV - Global transport and logistics in Hong Kong is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify opportunities and build a strong pipeline aligned with our strategic direction. You will pursue customers, manage contracts, and deliver compelling proposals while coordinating with operations to ensure flawless execution across Hong Kong and South China.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales within contract logistics or freight forwarding, with a proven track record and strong bilingual

Qualifications

• Degree holder with a minimum 3 years of professional Sales function in contract logistics/ transport/ freight forwarding/ logistics/ supply chain solutions industry.
• Able to identify business opportunity and good market knowledge in Hong Kong & South China Area.
• Proven sales track record and pipeline, demonstrate success in developing new businesses.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities to maintain strong pipeline in accordance to company direction and strategy, prepare business development plan and carry out systematic prospecting
• Identify, develop and build business networks and relationships with relevant customers and key decision makers to secure business
• Manage commercial contracts, tenders & business negotiation to achieve financials KPI
• Prepare & deliver professional presentations, marketing materials, solutions, quotations and biddings
• Keep smooth communications with customers, operation team and management, ensuring operational excellence
